Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-10
⚠ Draft for review. This policy protects the shared platform and its reputation — keep it strict and enforce it.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone using the Service. It exists to protect all customers: because outbound mail shares a common reputation, abuse by one account can harm delivery for everyone. Violations may lead to immediate suspension.
You must not use the Service to:
- Send spam or bulk unsolicited email, or mail to purchased/harvested lists.
- Send mail with forged headers, or impersonate others.
- Distribute malware, phishing, or fraudulent content.
- Send content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or that violates others' rights.
- Relay mail for third parties or operate an open relay.
- Attempt to breach, overload, or disrupt the Service or its security.
Sending practices
Only email people who expect to hear from you. Include a genuine sender identity. Honour unsubscribe and removal requests. Bulk or marketing sending may require prior approval and a dedicated setup; contact us before sending at volume.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate accounts — with or without notice where necessary — to protect the platform and other customers. Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for refunds.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to support@bharatlaboratory.com or via our contact form.
