Refund & Cancellation Policy

Billing cycle

Plans are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

Cancellation

You may cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; your service continues until the end of the current paid period, after which mailboxes are deactivated.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us within [7] days of your first payment for a full refund of that payment. After this window, payments for the current period are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again after cancelling. Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new period has begun.

Suspension for non-payment

If a renewal invoice is unpaid, we allow a grace period of [7] days before the domain is suspended. Paying the outstanding invoice reactivates the service immediately. Prolonged non-payment may lead to termination and deletion of data.

Exceptions

Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
