We provide email hosting on a domain you control, including mailboxes, spam/virus filtering, webmail, and related features per your chosen plan. You are responsible for owning your domain and configuring the DNS records we provide.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and mailboxes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to send spam or bulk unsolicited mail, distribute malware, infringe others' rights, or violate any law. Full details are in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it, to protect the Service and other customers.

4. Fees & billing

Plans are billed monthly in advance in the currency shown at checkout, inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Renewal invoices are issued each cycle. Non-payment may result in suspension after the grace period and eventual termination. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and factors outside our control may cause downtime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law.

6. Data

Your mail content belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of critical mail where required.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost mail, revenue, or data.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime from your account. We may suspend or terminate for breach of these Terms or the AUP. On termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law
