Help & setup
Everything you need to get your email working and connected.
Getting started
- Sign up and choose a plan for your domain.
- Add the DNS records we give you (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) at your domain provider. Your account shows live status for each.
- Create mailboxes from your account, then log in and start emailing.
Connect your mail app
Use these settings in any mail client. Your username is always your full email address.
| Setting | Value |
|---|---|
| Incoming (IMAP) | mail.bharatlaboratory.com, port 993, SSL/TLS |
| Outgoing (SMTP) | mail.bharatlaboratory.com, port 465, SSL/TLS (or 587 STARTTLS) |
| Username | your full email address |
| Webmail | mail.bharatlaboratory.com |
On the Gmail app: Add account → Other (IMAP). On iPhone: Settings → Mail → Add Account → Other. No Google account required.
Why is my mail landing in spam?
Brand-new domains have no sending reputation yet, so Gmail and Outlook are cautious with the first messages — this is normal and not a fault. It resolves within 1–3 weeks of regular sending. To speed it up:
- Ask early recipients to click "Not spam" and add you to their contacts.
- Send real messages with real content, not one-word tests.
- Keep volume steady; avoid bulk sends in the first weeks.
Moving from another provider
We can import your existing mail (Gmail, Zoho, Outlook, cPanel — anything with IMAP) into your new mailboxes. Contact us to arrange a migration.
